Unless you’ve ever experienced what it’s like to go for a drive with no destination in a car that you own purely for pleasure, it will be hard for me to explain the concept of freeing your active spirit with just words. In this week’s video, follow along as we join Matt and his FD3S RX7 on a brisk drive through some of the finest roads his backyard has to offer. 

Nothing characterizes the idea of owning a car purely for pleasure better than anything that is powered by a rotary. Nobody buys a rotary for daily driving, emissions standards or fuel economy. People buy rotary cars, despite their known weaknesses, simply because they sound, feel and behave in a way that is completely unique and could never be replicated by a conventional engine.
