The Best Way to Lower A Cressida!
The team Cressida project has been too high for too long, and the time to go dirt nasty low has finally come.
I’ve been enjoying driving it as a daily, but it’s been feeling a bit too much like a lay-z-boy couch for my taste. Truth be told, I’ve also missed driving a cool car and am so glad to be part of the low life again.
As we saw in the last video on Dylan’s car, MaXpeeding Rods and Rudeboy Prosus go together like peanut butter and jelly, or two other things that go together very well. Essentially, it’s the best way to make any old Toyota low to the ground.
We got these 14” SSR MK-III wheels from Adam of the MoistBoys after our recent Pop-Up Shop event. They’re in a bit of rough shape, but I actually kind of like how the chipped paint on the wheels matches the terrible paint on the Cressida. Eventually, they’ll be fully rebuilt and repainted, but before then, we’ll enjoy them in all of their patina glory.
Speaking of terrible paint, our Cressida is in dire need of a makeover, which will hopefully be happening sooner rather than later! For now, we’ll just do some light modifications like a new exhaust, interior dress-up, and general maintenance to tidy it up. Down the road, we’re planning some major changes that will happen as we’re getting the car ready for a new paint job.
For now, we’ll enjoy our sweet, brown car and cheer them on as it scrapes down the road.
